- Electronic License Agreement for the IMPRINT SUITE -
PLEASE READ THIS LICENSE CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING YOUR CUSTOMIZED
IMPRINT SUITE. BY PURCHASING THE IMPRINT SUITE, YOU ARE AGREEING
TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE. SEE SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
UNDER SECTION 7.
This is a legal agreement (this "Agreement") between
you (either an individual or an entity) and Business-ABCs. By
purchasing this IMPRINT SUITE (also "IS"), you are agreeing
to become bound by the terms of this agreement.
1. GRANT OF LICENSE.
I understand and agree that IMPRINT SUITEs are exclusive and
therefore are to be used for distribution by the agreeing individual
or company or agency only.
2. OWNERSHIP AND COPYRIGHT OF IMPRINT SUITE
I understand and agree that the IMPRINT SUITE is an original
tool created by Business-ABCs. I will not resell, or bundle the
IMPRINT SUITE in part or in full, I understand that it is not
permissible either on-line or in printed collateral, regardless
of cost.
I understand and agree that the technical contents of the IMPRINT
SUITE are protected by international copyright laws. The owner
of the copyrights is Business-ABCs. All other content concerning
the individual or company is likewise protected under copyright
law and is the sole property of the listed individual or company.
3. DISTRIBUTION
I understand and agree that I cannot distribute this product
in its original state freely but CAN DISTRIBUTE MY CUSTOMIZED
IMPRINT SUITE DISTRIBUTION SOFTWARE TO WHOMEVER I CHOOSE.
4. TERM.
This License will terminate automatically without notice from
Business-ABCs if you fail to comply with any provision of this
License. Upon termination you shall destroy the written materials
and all copies of the IMPRINT SUITE that are in your possession,
including modified copies, if any.
5. RESTRICTIONS.
I understand and agree that IMPRINT SUITEs are nonrefundable
and final. If I receive a IMPRINT SUITE and wish to use this program
for an additional individual or company, I will need to purchase a new IMPRINT SUITE. If I do not comply with the above terms, Business-ABCs
will terminate my software and may seek other remedies available
to it under applicable copyright and other laws.
6. WITH EXCEPTION TO THE PROPER FUNCTIONING OF THE PROGRAM IN
ACCORDANCE WITH THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS, THE IMPRINT SUITE AND
ACCOMPANYING DOCUMENTATION (INCLUDING INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE) ARE
PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, FURTHER,
Business-ABCs IS NOT RESPOSIBLE FOR OR MAKES ANY REPRESENTATIONS
REGARDING THE USE, OR THE RESULTS OF USE BY END USERS OF THE IMPRINT
SUITE OR DOCUMENTATION IN TERMS OF CORRECTNESS, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY,
CURRENTNESS, OR OTHERWISE. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE RESULTS AND
PERFORMANCE OF THE IMPRINT SUITE. IF THE IMPRINT SUITE OR WRITTEN
MATERIALS ARE DEFECTIVE, UPON DELIVERY WE WILL MAKE THE APPROPRIATE
CORRECTIONS WITHIN 10 DAYS OF DELIVERY AFTER THAT TIME OR IF THE
DEFECT IS NOT CONCERNING THE OPERATION OF THE SOFTWARE YOU, AND
NOT Business-ABCs OR ITS DEALERS, DISTRIBUTORS, AGENTS, OR EMPLOYEES,
ASSUME THE ENTIRE COST OF ALL NECESSARY SERVICING, REPAIR OR CORRECTION.
7. This program is delivered via Internet download. The system
requirements are as follows: Windows 98, Pentium II, 66 Mhz, 33
Ram, 800 by 600 (color quality 16 bit) screen resolution, remote
saving enabled
8. Controlling Law and Severability. This License shall be governed
by and construed under the laws of Virginia, USA without reference
to its conflict of law principles. In the event of any conflicts
between foreign law, rules, and regulations, and US law, rules,
US law, rules and regulations shall prevail and govern.
8. Computer Requirements. This program is delivered via
download.
